Woodbridge Fire Department assisted Mr. O the Science Pro’s Space Camp in testing their rover landing designs. These future NASA scientists from elementary and middle school were tasked with creating a rover landing that was light enough to float down with a parachute slow enough to protect the egg inside the rover from cracking. The rovers were launched from approximately 40’. It was a pleasure to help with the possible design of future lunar landings.
